Based in North Vancouver, St. Pius X Elementary School is a Catholic community dedicated to developing reverence, respect and responsibility within each child, using Christ as our centre. JOB DESCRIPTION

St. Pius X School is seeking a practicing Catholic to teach our Grade 7 students daily Christian Education class, as well as help prepare the students for the sacrament of Confirmation. This is a 0.15 teaching position.


In addition to work with the school pastor, parish PREP. teacher, principal and Grade 7 teacher, the individual would be responsible for communicating details with the families of the students.

On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply.
