Job Duties

As a 1:1 Core Subjects Tutor, you will be responsible for providing tailored academic support to students in core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science. Your duties will include developing personalised lesson plans, conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to both students and parents/guardians.

Required Qualifications
• A degree in Education or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS) (desireable)
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching core subjects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge And Skills
• In-depth understanding of the UK national curriculum
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
