The CloudOps and Database team handles database administration, security of databases, cloud operations and optimization
They are responsible for deployment of product version and product upgrades from Cloud Operations as well as training on knowledge gaps and providing coverage as needed

This position is an entry-level role to increase technology knowledge and skills
Develop team-based work proficiencies
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
Google Cloud Platform, Cloud SQL and the Google Echo System
RDBMS and other No-SQL databases like MongoDB, Alloy, etc
Installation and configuration of Database Softwares and creating instances in Google Cloud Basics
Develop Database Backup and Recovery Strategies
Automating Database day to day utilities, Alerts and Monitoring
Database Security best practises
Document Projects, all other troubleshooting and issue management actions via the electronic case management system

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
• Programing Languages like Bash, Python, Teraform, Ansible, Yaml, etc.
• Relational Database Managment knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
