The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

Responsibilities:
• Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Increase technology knowledge and skills
• Develop team-based work proficiencies
• Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
• Assist in documenting requirements for customization projects and customer ideas
• Assist in stakeholder testing of newly developed customizations so that the features released meet the customer's expectations
• Create templates or tools to be used in customer engagements
• Create a business case for a new product, innovation, customization
• Conduct data analysis to find problem areas and recommend solutions
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN DEDHAM, MASSACHUSETTS. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program Business, Marketing, (Product) Management, Computer Science or comparable
• Must have an anticipated graduation date between Bachelors- May 2025-2027.
• Ability to work independently and break a large project into achievable steps
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Results oriented self-starter
• Prior experience with software projects
• Advanced user of MS Office tools incl. ppt, excel and other advanced ones
• Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
• Ability to collaborate as part of a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
