Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear sales targets and provide guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, cable operators, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Use data and analytics to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay informed about the cable industry, including new technologies, products, and services.
• Provide training to the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in the features and benefits of the cable products.
• Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts and agreements.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
