We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
