Job description
NonStop are currently partnered with an excellent authority based in North-Wales who are seeking experienced social workers for their Leaving Care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. You’ll implement trauma-informed approaches, model best practices, and mentor colleagues to support care leavers.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality social work to help young people transition successfully to adulthood.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring positive outcomes through relationship-focused practices.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
• Degree: Social Work degree and current Social Care Wales registration.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building meaningful relationships.
• Growth Mindset: Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
