Title: 3+61: Video Editor (Content Production Specialist)

As a Video Editor with Accenture Marketing + Communications Experiences team, you will work on diverse projects ranging from simple edits to custom original content to be used internally at Accenture or externally by our clients. This position is based in Accenture’s Innovation Hub in Bengaluru but will be part of a globally distributed team of video editors who manage projects in support of Accenture’s business pursuits around the world. You will work closely with our global team of producers and designers, as well as our marketers to design and develop content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to take abstract topics and ideas and bring them to life through visual representation.   

Responsibilities
• Deliver video edit projects as assigned by Post Production Lead
• Join client discussions and collaborate with Designers and Producers on the art of the possible to take abstract concepts and bring them to life through video
• Support global video editing team by joining team calls, participating in creative discussion and offering solutions to complex storytelling needs

Requirements
• Knowledge of standard editing platforms within the Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere and After Effects
• Ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and across cultures
• Occasional travel to industry events may be required, as well as work outside of regular business hours and on weekends to support projects
• Bachelor’s degree in film, television production or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent professional experience as a video editor

Skills Required
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects; experience with motion graphics design is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong editorial decision-making to tell compelling stories and bring abstract concepts to life 
• Comfortable working under tight time restrictions 
• Experience working within brand guidelines 
• Ability to closely adhere to defined operational processes and technical standards   
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with senior executives and customers
