**Oxford-Based Academic Assistant Position**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Academic Assistant - Oxford Setting. This role will involve supporting our students with SEN in an Oxford-based school.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Assist teachers in preparing lessons and conducting assessments.
Provide one-to-one support to students with complex SEMH needs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
