Business Development Executive
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Prospect and lead generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets to generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales and revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, and negotiate contracts and close deals.
Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
Student counseling and enrollment assistance: Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences, assisting them with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of our products/services and industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
