An Academic Counsellor (B2C) is an in-house role with his/her sales skills and call and fix appointments or demos online/offline and helps candidates discuss their problems related to career, and show them solution.
Job Description
• Need to close Sales Call of given leads.
• Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure keeping data backup
• Understanding the customer requirements, provide detailed Product description & other information
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and maintain database.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Follow up with the customers.
• Converting potential calls to admissions and helping achieve the desired target.
• Work focused to achieve periodical sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team.
