Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and student-friendly Academic Counselor to guide aspiring students towards career-oriented courses in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, and Multimedia. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for education and career counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up on new leads generated via inquiries, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Guide students and parents about various career options in Animation, VFX, and Graphic Design.
Maintain a daily lead conversion tracker, CRM updates, and inquiry records.
Schedule counseling appointments (online/offline) and conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.
Explain course structures, curriculum, faculty info, and career scope in detail.
Work towards achieving enrollment targets and increasing admission numbers.
Build a strong rapport with walk-in inquiries and maintain a follow-up system.
Participate in education fairs, school/college visits, webinars, and seminars as required.
Requirements:

Graduation in any stream (Preferred: Mass Media, Education, Design, or Marketing).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge or interest in Animation, VFX, or Design is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling or student support (Freshers can apply with confidence & learning mindset).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
