Role: DT Technician
Location: Manchester
Qualiteach is currently looking for an experienced DT Technician to work at a local secondary school in the Manchester area. The role is due to begin ASAP and is offered on a full-time, ongoing basis.
The role will involve supporting the DT department in a variety of aspects including performing and helping with practical demonstrations. Previous experience using wood cutting machinery is required for this position.
The school is a modern build with state-of-the-art equipment throughout and is a popular choice for local families.

Key Requirements:
Ability to use wood cutting machinery
Providing practical support to the teachers within the DT department
Carrying out practical demonstrations
Ensuring all equipment is working correctly and well maintained
Familiar with health & safety procedures
Immediately available
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
