Position: Cloud Automation Architect
Job Description: As a Cloud Automation Architect at ACC Limited, you will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency in our cloud infrastructure and automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Cloud Architecture: Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions using leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions for cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment, and monitoring.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code principles using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates to automate the creation and management of cloud resources.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, build, and deployment of cloud-based applications and services.
• Security: Implement security best practices and controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of cloud resources and data.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure and applications for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of cloud services and applications.
• Governance and Compliance: Implement governance and compliance policies and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and IT operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration in cloud initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architecture, automation solutions, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a cloud architect or cloud engineer, with expertise in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and controls for cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
