Coomera Lodge Hotel is growing! We’re excited to introduce our brand-new 26-room accommodation sector — and we’re looking for an Accommodation Manager to take the lead.
We’re a vibrant, dynamic venue known for exceptional service, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our goal is to offer guests a memorable, high-quality stay. To make that happen, we need an experienced, hands-on Accommodation Manager to drive our newly renovated hotel to success.
As the Accommodation Manager, you will report directly to the Venue Manager and oversee the daily operations of our accommodation facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service from check-in to check-out.

Generous Salary $75,000 - $78,000 + Super

Essential requirements:
2+ years of Management experience in an accommodation-based venue
Experience working with Room Management Systems
Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
