Position: Accountant cum Administrator Office Time: 10 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Number of Employee : 10 to 15 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

- Having good command in Ms office Excel, Word & Tally Prime. - Good Communication skill over telephone or mail.

Maintain All financial reports in Excel Maintain All financial reports in Tally Prime

 Bank Book

 Project Accounting sheets

 Client wise contacts & GST details

 Performa invoice wise excel sheet

for update payment

 Office Exp.

 Personal & Home Exp.

 Project Exp.

 Loan Statement

 GST Payment Statement

 Staff work sheets

 Self-work sheet

 Daily cash book

 Servant Work sheet

 TDS & GST sheet

 Cash deposit & Withdrawal sheet

 Salary sheet

 Sales & Receipt Voucher Entry

 Purchase & Payment Voucher Entry

 Prepare Invoice & Performa Invoice

 Journal Entry

 Maintaining Accurate Financial

Record of P&L Account and Balance Sheet

1. Voucher Book Manage for All Exp. By cash or bank.

2. Cheque book Manage.

3. Staff attendance manage, Salary calculation & Payment.

4. Bank Work.

5. Staff Performance evaluation.

6. Take care of whether Office etiquette obey by staff or not.

7. Answer on Call, by mail or by face to face at office to clients or Other.

8. Provide All accurate data to CA by mail or communication with them Such as Provide Monthly.

Bank statement by prepare in one particular format, Monthly Sales & Purchase invoice,

Insurance policy or other documents which require by CA.

+. Reminder for Sir for all (GST Payment, Availability of cash at the end of month, Staff

attendance, Pending exp. Payment, Salary payment etc.)

10. New staff Recruitment process (Call, Mail, Arrange interview)

11. Manage All other issue at the office (Peon work check daily & Ask to him if require, Technical

issue etc.)

12. Manage All Issue or work in Absence of higher authority.

13. Other works as per instruction from higher authority.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
