Account and Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in accounting and finance for students at the high school or secondary level.
- Create and implement a well-structured curriculum that covers fundamental accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, and other relevant topics.
- Incorporate relevant technology and educational resources to facilitate instruction and reinforce key concepts.
- Design and administer assessments, such as quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations, to evaluate student understanding and proficiency in accounting and finance.
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas of strength and weakness and provide targeted support and intervention as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through challenging assignments and activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their academic performance and achieve their learning goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) highly desirable.
- Teaching certification or qualifications in education preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 1-2 years of teaching experience at the high school or secondary level.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial concepts, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to support student success and achievement.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
