Overview
This is an entry-level support role and involves working within project teams to proactively coordinate and manage the internal production of numerous projects in support of a large & complex client account. You will be instrumental in helping to ensure tasks are delivered on time, on budget and to high standards.
Our new colleague will carry out duties according to internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, good governance and Gallagher’s shared values - in particular, putting clients at the heart of our business.
How you'll make an impact
Client Delivery
Support in the delivery of individual projects using a wide range of tools and media
Day-to-day account support and project management, with supervision
Basic proof-reading in support of client projects
Participate in, and contribute to, internal account management meetings
Coordinate internal and external production resources
Help plan and support client meetings
Relationships
Build strong relationships that enable day-to-day account, project and stakeholder management.
Provide a professional, high-quality service to all clients and colleagues.
Build strong, collaborative and respectful relationships with our suppliers.
Administration
Weekly completion and distribution of client status reports during live projects.
Accurately record all chargeable and non-chargeable time.
Set-up and governance support with account management systems and processes.
Create bimonthly team timekeeping reports and distribute to team leads
About you
Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree an asset but not mandatory
Strong project coordination skills in communication and project implementation, including: proactivity, questioning, listening, and collaboration
High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams Planner; interest and ability to learn new tools and technologies is critical
High degree of service orientation, including but not limited to being an outstanding teammate, working to coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Excellent organization skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines, effectively manage competing priorities and effectively allocate time and resources as required to advance deliverables
Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable and repeatable solutions
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including ability to consistently produce high standards of documentation
Proven ability to navigate change in a positive way and to support others in doing the same
Proofreading experience
Basic presentation preparation and delivery
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Creative agency, consultancy or HR communication experience considered an asset
