A Billing Executive is responsible for accurately generating and processing invoices, reconciling billing Assamments, and managing multiple accounts. Responsibility of Account Executive job in Tezpur
• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting invoices from the different parties vendors.
• Verifying invoices based on Challans & Quotations received from Tezpur venders/parties
• Identify errors within Invoices
• Manage the status of accounts, balances and identify inconsistencies Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices.
• Cross check Invoice details with respect to quantity of materials, rates of materials, discounting
• Billing total calculation & GST calculation.
• Call to party or venders if any errors found in bills,
• Save records
Qualification for Billing Executive vacancy in Tezpur
• Candidate should be 12th pass/graduates/post graduates/diploma (10+3) can apply accounting jobs in Tezpur
• Should have computer knowledge
• Have basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software like tally etc.
• Previously worked in environment like - GST executive, Accountant, MIS, Office Administration etc can submit resume
• Aware of the general entries of accounting, GST slabs, etc
• Should be team-player, positive attitude and punctual at work
