Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant with 1 year of experience to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling routine accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial records, ledgers, and journals

Prepare and process invoices, expense vouchers, and purchase orders

Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Reconcile bank and ledger accounts monthly

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws

Prepare basic financial reports and support audit processes

Coordinate with internal teams for expense and data verification

Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of financial records

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

1 year of experience in accounting or finance

Working knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / Excel / ERP systems

Understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance (GST, TDS)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail with the ability to multitask

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [industry if relevant, e.g., manufacturing, trading, services]

Familiarity with statutory filings (GST returns, TDS payments, etc.)

Knowledge of payroll and compliance (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
