Job Duties
1. Daily Accounting Entries in Tally Prime
2. Knowledge of Export Documentation is mandatory. Handling Inward foreign payments and documentation.
3. Outside work like visiting/co-ordinating with Bank, GST Office, Income Tax, etc.
4. Bank Reconciliation, Stock Statements, Export Documentation, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, TDS, E-Way Bill & E-Invoice generation, GST Returns, Income Tax Returns, Payables & Receivables Statements, Other Statutory payments.
5. Keeping review and control through subordinates for daily raw material and WIP stock
6. Knowledge of Capital Expenditure, Insurance, Utilities payment is required.
Educational Qualifications
B. Com Graduate mandatory.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years Industry experience in similar job profile. Work experience in export companies preferred.
Language Requirement
Basic English knowledge compulsory and should be able to speak in either Hindi or Marathi.
Computer Knowledge
Knowledge of computers is essential. Should be able to operate emails, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Tally Prime.
Special Skills
Knowledge of Tally Prime mandatory.
