Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Accounts Home in Alwar. The Account Executive will be responsible for various finance, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks, including bank and parties account reconciliation, receipts and payments management, payroll processing, invoicing and billing, and inventory management. The Account Executive will also be required to prepare final accounts and assist with tax filing.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and experience in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in software such as Excel, PeachTree, Busy, and QuickBooks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Ability to reconcile bank and parties accounts
• Experience in payroll processing and managing wages
• Knowledge of invoicing, billings, and inventory movements
• Familiarity with final accounts preparation
• Understanding of income tax and sales tax regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Alwar
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is a plus
