We are currently in search of a self-driven and creative Account Manager to join our vibrant team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for project management and delivery for both new and existing clients at all stages of the project, employing a combination of office-based pre-planning activities and on-site project management.


Job Duties:

Managing existing clients' relationships whilst identifying new business prospects to maximize sales and reach targets.
Oversee individual project delivery from initial briefing through to execution and post-events initiatives.
Produce profitable and cost-effective quotes/proposals meeting all stakeholders' needs.
Liaise with project coordinators, installation managers, operations, show organisers and external suppliers to ensure all client and project requirements are met.
Develop strong knowledge of ExpoCentric’s product offerings and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
Contribute to the culture of ExpoCentric by understanding and acting in accordance with the company's culture and values.
Ensure all health and safety of staff, contractors, and customers by adhering to all relevant WHS practices, policies and processes.

Key Skills:

Experience in event management/account management with a record of successful delivery (preferred)
Strong project management, time management and organisational skills.
Technical understanding production and manufacturing processes related to building events (preferred)
Strong software knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong Customer Service skills and communication
