The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Account Manager to join the Sales Team based in Dubbo. Made in Australia since 1+21, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service. training will be provided to an experienced Account Manager looking to further develop their career.

What Will You Do?

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will also be:

identifying new business opportunities with new customers and identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
continuing strong customer relations by executing market plans and strategies with consideration to business objectives, individual customer requirements and market conditions
providing support to the customer service team & work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to fulfil customer needs
implementing a purposeful call planning cycle and client meeting objectives to develop and maintain profitable business with new and existing clients
undertaking price maintenance activities and database management

Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you will bring:

experience in sales and negotiations
excellent communication, planning and implementation skills
sound understanding of industry channels
experienced with conflict resolutions and providing best outcome for customers
