Role Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and improve satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in the US sales division.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Create and deliver presentations to clients showcasing Mindtel's products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to project revenue and client engagement levels.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate account updates in CRM software.
• Facilitate conflict resolution when issues arise with clients.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align on promotional efforts and campaigns.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding process for new products and services.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to expand professional relationships.
• Provide feedback from clients to enhance product and service development.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with US market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Demonstrable negotiation skills with experience closing deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and plans.
