HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment, we are partnered with a highly reputable broker based in Sydney CBD who are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Senior Case Manager, Injury Management Advisor or Senior Account Executive/Manager to join their high performing and supportive team.
$120,000 + super + benefits
Hybrid & Flexible Working within a Permanent Role
Excellent opportunity to manage client relationships & provide strategic advice across a national portfolio
You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through policy management, renewals, claims processes, and risk assessment. You will also have the opportunity to support Junior Account Executives in their growth & development into future Account Managers.
Duties Include
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Manage the entire lifecycle of workers' compensation policies, from initial underwriting submissions to policy renewals.
Provide guidance to clients on risk management strategies, workplace safety protocols, and compliance with regulations.
Educate clients about workers' compensation coverage, benefits, and claims processes to foster clear understanding.
Act as a problem solver and mediator in cases of claims disputes, policy concerns, or coverage inquiries.
To Be Successful
Existing experience with corporate clients in Workers Compensation Required
Confident in stakeholder influencing and negotiation critical
Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
Showcase your ability to adapt to clients needs whilst providing guidance
