### Key Responsibilities:

### Requirements:
• *Educational Background:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• *Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related field.
• *Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in office productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems.
