The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
• Preparing and recording of all necessary journal entries to reflect correct accounting records.
• Passing necessary adjustment entries in relation to closing books of accounts.
• Preparation and reporting of monthly draft Financials i.e Statement of Affairs, Profit & Loss account, Cash flow statement.
• Reconciliation of Bank statement with books of accounts.
• Reconciliation of Astrologers statement with books of accounts.
• Doing monthly discussion with management in relation to Financials.
• Participation in meetings & discussions with Investors, employees and external consultants over concall.
• Preparation of Final Financial Statements at year end and coordinating with the auditor.
• Coordinating with the company secretary of company in relation to various compliances relating to ROC.
• Preparation & filing of Income Tax return.
• Preparation of Quarterly Advance Tax challans.
• Preparation & filing of quarterly TDS returns.
• Preparation of monthly TDS challans.
• Preparation & filing monthly GST returns i.e. GSTR1 & GSTR 3B.
• Preparation & filing of Equalization Levy return.
• Providing 16/16 A certificates to company.
• Reconciliation of Input Tax credit claimed in GSTR 3B; Input Tax credit reflecting in GSTR 2A. Further highlighting, vendor invoices which are not reflecting in GSTR 2A; bringing same to the knowledge of management, so that appropriate action can be taken on time.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of prior work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
