• Looking Site Petty cash scroll, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables.
· All types of Invoice Processing in Tally, ERP and High-rise like Sales, Purchase etc
• Also make the Journal Register in Software.
• Make Monthly Tax Computation i.e VAT, LBT, TDS, CST, Service Tax etc
• Looking Bank Reconciliation, Internal Auditing, and Preparation Balance Sheet as per guideline with CA.
• All Legal Bank works, Loan and other statutory works.
• Site supplier’s bill & Site Machinery bills checking.
• Data Entry in Tally, ERP.
• All legal activities of Banks and MD’s are looking & other General Correspondence.
• Site Contractor Labours bill checking & arranging payment.
• Weekly labour advance payment should be arranging as per information taken from Project Manager or Site In charge.
• Handling back office work like trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Handling payments to vendors and various in-house.
• Coordinating with auditors for conducting internal & statutory audits; evaluating internal control systems and implementing necessary recommendations.
• Handling R B Employees Co-Operative societies related all activities.
• Excellent at quickly understanding the available tools and technologies.
• Focused on meeting user requirements in a timely and efficient manner and meanwhile proactively managing workloads.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,722.+7 per month
