Responsibilities
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, Webtel TDS return filing & GST detail preparation
• Handling profile to give NOC at the time of possession/transfer of Units
• Passing entries in Tally, Excel sheet, etc
• Maintaining records of day-to-day transactions/sales & purchases/ Bank wise register.
• Making vendor payments through various modes(Cheque, RTGS, Net Banking)
• Preparing employee salary sheets and processing payments.
• Maintain project-wise summary and assisted the sales team with documentation.
• Prepare legal documentation.
• Booking of construction expenses with cost centers into tally
• Follow up with construction, marketing team/vendors for booking of bills against
• Advance payments made to contractors
• Timely statutory compliance in coordination with consultants of the company
• GST Payment & Returns
• TDS Payments & Quarterly returns
• PT payments & return
• Maintaining books of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Maintaining data for monthly Tax liabilities like GST, TDS, etc., and coordinating with CA.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience required in real estate firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience in financial management, including budget preparation and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
