Position Available: Accounts Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Work Hours: +:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary Range: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar field

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the accounting department
• Maintain financial reports including Profit & Loss statements, Balance sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Process invoices, commissions, brokerage payments, utilities, and bills
• Update internal systems with financial data and maintain transaction records
• Participate in financial audits
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Manage petty cash and reimburse vouchers
• Handle day-to-day activities including coordination with vendors and staff
• Establish, review, and enforce proper accounting methods and financial policies
• Manage Tax and GST
• Maintain Journal Vouchers
• Prepare budget
• Filing of returns
• Process salaries and provide salary slips

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Internet
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance
• Familiarity with TALLY ERP +
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Specifications:
• PF and other facilities provided after confirmation
