We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Will responsible for complete taxation and accounting (including GST, TDS….).
· Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, prepare and submit tax returns, and provide guidance on tax planning strategies.
· Should act as a first person when dealing with statutory auditors and statutory department.
· Must have hands on balance sheet from preparation till finalization.
· Coordinate and facilitate external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
· Stay current with accounting standards and regulations, and ensure the company's financial practices adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
· Should be well versed with MS Excel and MIS reporting.
· Provide financial guidance to management and other departments, offering insights to support decision-making.
Requirement & Qualifications:
· Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
