Accountant

We are currently recruiting for Accountant to join our growing business in the Waste Management Sector essentially Waste to BIOGAS/BIOCNG/ BIOCBG Segment. To achieve organizational objectives, Accountant, oversees all financial activities, including budgeting, bank deposits, fixed payments, and variable costs. We are looking for candidates having hands on experience in using Tally, GST, Maintaining monthly accounts.

• Experience: 3 – 4 Years
• Budget: 30K CTC - 35K CTC Monthly

Roles & Responsibilities: As Accountant, one will be responsible for:

• Preparing accounts and tax returns

• Payroll

• Monitoring spending and budgets

• Auditing and analyzing financial performance.

• Financial forecasting and risk analysis

• Keeping account books and systems up to date.

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

• Document financial transactions by entering account information.

• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. • Summarize current financial status by collecting information.

• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.

• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

• Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

• Secure financial information by completing database backups.

• Support month-end and year-end close process

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

• CA article/ Semi CA/ Accountant – working experience with CA firm.

• 3+ years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience (accounts payable preferred)
