Located in Delta, BC, Niradia Group of Companies is a privately-owned organization that has long standing experience, a proven track record and a well-respected presence in Western Canada in the construction, real estate, hospitality and property management industries.
As a Job Cost Accountant (Construction and Development) with Niradia Group of Companies, you will work alongside the Construction Job Cost Manager to provide support to the construction operations and deliver accurate reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities include:
Bi-weekly preparation of variance reports
Monthly preparation of billings
Preparation of Statutory Declarations and Worksafe clearance letters
Assist with setup of Contracts in Sage 300CRE
Assist with the month-end financial statements for review by the senior accountant
Qualifications Include:
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Experience with Sage 300 is an asset
Job cost experience is an asset, but will train
Advanced computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail oriented

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and may include additional time to complete tasks.
