Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant cum Purchase Assistant at A Azammiya Alammiya & Company located in Vadodara. We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to order supplies and equipment in accordance with our company’s needs. This will involve researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts. Familiarity with supply chain procedures and the ability to create and interpret cost analyses are important for this role. Your goal will be to make cost-effective purchases while ensuring our inventory remains well-stocked.. The role also includes assisting in purchase-related activities such as maintaining inventory records, placing orders, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors. and also work as a account assistance.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Tally Prime)
• Ability to accurately maintain and update inventory records
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in purchase-related activities is a plus
