Rossia Jewels was founded with the vision to conquer the jewelry industry with the help of technology and one-of-a-kind, custom-made designs. We have recently ventured into the e-commerce space and are looking for suitable candidates to build our founding team across functions.

About the Internship:
We are looking for an accountant who will be responsible for managing and updating inventory, data entry in ERP software, and financial accounting.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining day-to-day accounting and transactions

2. Preparing invoice/billing, purchase orders & updates in Tally/ERP software

3. Maintaining records on Tally and working on daily, weekly & monthly account reconciliations

4. Working on the preparation and filing of GST, TDS tax returns, and balance sheets

5. Preparing monthly MIS and budgeting reports (cost analysis - fixed and variable)

6. Reconciling bank account statements, payable/receivables accounts, and keeping track of overdue payments

7. Managing employee reimbursements and managing internal records

8. Ensuring timely vendor payment & follow-ups

Skills & Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Tally/ERP (mandatory)

2. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel is mandatory)

3. Proficiency in written and spoken English

4. Organizational and time-management skills

5. Attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors
