Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards specific to manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Handle daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Cost Accounting: Monitor and manage cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate allocation of costs to products and projects.
• Inventory Accounting: Oversee inventory valuation, track material costs, and manage inventory-related financial activities.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, specifically tailored to manufacturing operations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes, analyzing variances and providing insights to management.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, including GST, VAT, and other statutory requirements.
• Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in a manufacturing setting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure financial data supports operational decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
