Responsibilities
General Job Overview depending on level : The Accountant performs general full cycle, financial statements prep and month end close processes
In addition to Financial reporting including preparation of financials, support in creating fiscal budget and provides analysis on actual vs expenses; cash flow reports and may include planning for raising capital; providing recommendations for leadership to determine fund allocations and other planning
Maintaining a focus on accountability for strategic decision making, meeting objectives and commitment to mission statement
In addition to various tax and government related forms
May oversee sectors such as donations ensuring proper uses of funds, grants and payroll
And some supervision of administration or support personnel
