Job Summary

The Accountant position involves managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to support the organization's financial operations.

Duties

Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions

Perform account analysis and reconciliation

Prepare financial statements and reports

Assist in budgeting and payroll processes

Conduct account audits to ensure accuracy

Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the General Manager.

Assist and collaborate with the CPA in preparing and submitting tax returns.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Accounting major preferred)

Minimum 1 year of accounting experience

Experience in international trade/import accounting is a strong asset

Familiarity with supply chain finance is a plus

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Experience in account analysis and reconciliation

Familiarity with payroll processes

Ability to work with various financial data and reports

Languages: English (required), Mandarin (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,400.00-$4,000.00 per month
