Qualifications
Some advanced coursework in Accounting or 0 to 2 years of Accounting experience
General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent computer skills in database management and record keeping
Moderate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Exhibits professional skepticism
Must demonstrate the organization’s core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm’s culture
Responsibilities
The Accounting Analyst provides accounting support and performs a variety of tasks
He/she performs a variety of work utilizing judgment within prescribed standards and procedures and will work with a team of Accountants within Agency Bill
Processes payments through various websites and BRP bank accounts
Process accounts receivable payments
Completion of ad hoc requests
Assist with client research projects
Reviews accounts for discrepancies and reconciles differences
Exhibits ownership over assigned tasks
Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Ability to research and troubleshoot

Education & Experience:
