Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Role

We are seeking highly motivated Chartered Accountant Fresher to join our team in a full-time remote role specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Reporting.

The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting in financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Financial Modeling: Assist in financial modeling to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
• Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excel Proficiency: Have advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
