Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. The candidate will work in a dynamic professional environment and be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing returns, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and finalizing financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Recording and reviewing journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation tasks.
• Performing day-to-day accounting operations in Tally and other accounting software.
• Filing GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and handling reconciliation and input tax credit (ITC) issues.
• Ensuring timely compliance of TDS returns, income tax returns, and other statutory filings.
• Preparing working papers and documentation for audits and assessments.
• Supporting internal and external audits with data preparation and analysis.
• Managing and coordinating with clients for required documents and financial data.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GST filing, Tally accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and finalization of accounts.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
