Financial Reporting - Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Compile data for audits and tax preparation
Administrative Support - File and organize financial documents.; Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Compliance - Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.; Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Schedule: In office, 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Position Overview
Our team is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk in the Oil & Gas industry for one of our clients.
The Accounting Clerk will support accounting operations as well as provide general administrative support, as needed. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.
Responsibilities & Essential Duties
· Data Entry - Enter financial data into accounting software or databases.; Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
· Accounts Payable and Receivable - Process and record invoices and payments.; Prepare and send out invoices to customers.; Follow up on overdue accounts and payments.
· Bank Reconciliation - Reconcile bank statements with company accounts.; Identify and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)
