Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to act as a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our corporate accounting team
Proven experience in corporate accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
Solid experience in intercompany accounting, including journal entries and loan transactions
Strong working knowledge of accounting for debt transactions and consolidations
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting discrepancies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
You will be involved in a range of essential accounting functions, including corporate reporting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
Desk Procedures: Build and familiarize yourself with the established desk procedures for the Senior Accounting Analyst role, ensuring understanding and consistency in daily accounting processes
Corporate Accounting Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and accuracy of corporate accounting reports, focusing on general ledger management and financial reporting for the company
Intercompany Journal Entries: Prepare and process intercompany journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of intercompany transactions
Intercompany Loan Transactions: Account for intercompany loan transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies
Accounting for Debt Transactions: Manage and account for debt transactions, including interest calculations and debt servicing, in line with corporate accounting policies
Consolidations Experience: Assist with the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Senior Accounting Analyst - Corporate Accounting
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant to act as a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our corporate accounting team. You will be involved in a range of essential accounting functions, including corporate reporting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Desk Procedures: Build and familiarize yourself with the established desk procedures for the Senior Accounting Analyst role, ensuring understanding and consistency in daily accounting processes.
• Corporate Accounting Reporting: Contribute to the preparation and accuracy of corporate accounting reports, focusing on general ledger management and financial reporting for the company.
• Intercompany Journal Entries: Prepare and process intercompany journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Intercompany Loan Transactions: Account for intercompany loan transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies.

Qualifications:
• CPA a plus.
• Proven experience in corporate accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Solid experience in intercompany accounting, including journal entries and loan transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting for debt transactions and consolidations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools is a plus.
