We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our retail business's financial operations, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Maintain strict adherence to taxation, GST, and other regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and costs through strategic planning, leveraging advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Conduct internal audits and implement enhanced financial controls, guaranteeing the integrity of our financial systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions, driving growth and success.
Requirements:
• CA certification is mandatory, demonstrating expertise in accounting and finance.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the retail sector, showcasing depth of knowledge and skills.
• Profound knowledge of tax laws, ERP systems (SAP, Tally), and advanced financial analysis techniques, enabling effective management of complex financial tasks.
