Review, update, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with parent company and business unit policies
Job description
Late state Pre-IPO green tech manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager. Reports to the CAO/Corporate Controller managing month end close and accounting reporting and operations.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the monthly and quarterly close process, including maintenance of close calendars and checklists, review of journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis of results for the US and international subsidiaries.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA or CPA candidate highly preferred
• 8-10 years of accounting experience, with two years managing
• Public accounting experience with a national firm highly preferred
• In depth GAAP knowledge with knowledge of IFRS a plus
