Job Description
The Assistant Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing export-related accounting activities, including invoicing, bank documentation, and payment follow-ups.
He/She will also handle export LC (Letter of Credit), bank guarantees, and other trade finance instruments.
Reconcile export receivables, sales, and payments with financial statements.
Experience of handling Statutory Compliances such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings related to exports.
Coordinate with the export documentation, logistics, and sales teams for smooth financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor foreign exchange transactions and liaise with banks for smooth processing.
Assist in internal and external audits related to export accounts.
Ensure adherence to international trade and accounting standards.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
5–7 years of experience in accounts management with an export background.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, LC, foreign remittances, and banking procedures.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and other export-related tax compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle a team of 2-5 people.
