Location: Sector-58, Noida
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Accountant to manage our financial operations in the dynamic e-commerce sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, specifically within e-commerce platforms, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and manage budgets effectively.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• E-commerce Platform Accounting:
• Manage accounting operations for various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
• Reconcile sales, fees, and inventory data from multiple online channels.
• Handle payment gateway reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Tax Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with GST and other tax regulations related to online sales.
• Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws affecting e-commerce businesses.
• Inventory and Cost Management:
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock records.
• Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide recommendations for financial planning and strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online payment systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records, donations, grants, and statutory compliance of our NGO. The candidate will ensure transparent, accurate, and timely reporting of all financial matters in alignment with government norms and donor requirements.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records including donations, grants, and project expenditures
• Manage bookkeeping using Tally or similar accounting software
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain donor fund utilization reports and ensure compliance with FCRA norms (if applicable)
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and petty cash
• File GST, TDS, and income tax returns timely
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits

• Assist with budget planning and grant financial reporting

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and NGO financial regulations

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
