Job Description
Basic Details: We are looking for Accounts/ Admin Executive. Candidate must have working knowledge of computers, suitable experience & qualification.
Qualification/Education:
UG: B.Com Preferred
PG: Not required
Knowledge of MS office (Excel & Word)
Experience -0 to 2 years
Responsibilities and duties
Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis.
Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance.
Able to create excel sheet and maintain accounts.
Making / Receiving calls and making presentations.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
Managing Stock & maintain data
Data Entry work in software
Should be able to maintain office housekeeping, store and stock.
Visitor management record.
Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task.
Sending reports to HO
