Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Administrative Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA qualification. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and skills in accounts, HR, and general administration. This role will involve supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Accounts:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, reconciling accounts, and processing payments.
- Maintain financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure proper adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Human Resources:
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
- Help manage employee benefits and assist in payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Office Management:
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and meets health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with IT support for technical issues and office equipment maintenance.
- Manage office space allocation and facilitate a productive work environment.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- MBA qualification is a must.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, accounts, or HR.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic accounting software knowledge (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
